Sardinia Reporter has announced the official presentation of the project for the UNESCO candidacy of Sardinia’s prehistoric monuments, including the Domus de Janas.
The event took place in Cheremule, at the Petroglyph Park, and included guided tours, social moments, and a conference with scholars and experts. The project is promoted by the Network of Municipalities of the Domus de Janas, with the support of CeSIM, and aims to enhance and protect a cultural heritage of invaluable worth.
Among the speeches, the words of Mayor Antonella Chessa and Professor Giuseppa Tanda emphasized the importance of the initiative for the protection and promotion of Sardinian cultural identity.
