Youtg.net has reported the official presentation of the Unesco candidacy project for the Domus de Janas, which took place in Cheremule on March 5, 2025, in the evocative Petroglyph Park.
The initiative, supported by the Network of Municipalities of the Domus de Janas and by CESIM, aims to enhance the prehistoric heritage of the island and to promote the recognition of the monuments as a world heritage.
The event saw the participation of scholars and experts, including Bruno Billeci from the Superintendence of Sassari and Nuoro, and the project coordinator Giuseppa Tanda, who emphasized the artistic and symbolic value of the Domus de Janas.
