Sardinia in the spotlight in Turin for the Unesco Domus de Janas

algherolive.it has recounted Sardinia’s participation in the second edition of the “Festival of Regions and Autonomous Provinces” in Turin, where the Unesco candidacy project of the Domus de Janas played a central role.

Representing the initiative were Giuseppa Tanda, president of CESIM and coordinator of the project, and Alessandro Cocco, Councilor for Culture of Alghero, the leading municipality of the network.

During the event, the high cultural and identity value of Sardinian prehistoric architecture was reiterated, emphasizing the importance of conserving and enhancing this heritage.
