Domus De Janas: towards UNESCO, Sardinia unveils treasures

SassariOggi.it has reported on the presentation of the volume Art and Architecture in the Prehistory of Sardinia. The Domus De Janas, which took place in Sassari on December 4, 2023. The book, published by Condaghes, supports the scientific and institutional path for the inclusion of 26 Sardinian archaeological monuments in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The event saw the participation of university scholars, institutional representatives, and technicians from the Superintendence, who discussed the state of conservation of the monuments and the cultural and economic potential of the nomination. The project is coordinated by the Center for Studies on Identity and Memory (CeSIM/APS).
