Domus de Janas: towards UNESCO with the first national yes

Cagliaripad has announced an important milestone for the Unesco candidacy of the Domus de Janas: the National Commission has given its first official yes. This step marks a significant success for the promoting committee, led by the Center for Identity and Memory Studies (CESIM) and supported by the Sardinia Region and the Network of Municipalities of the Domus de Janas. The dossier will now be examined by Unesco in Paris, where it will be reviewed in anticipation of the final verdict expected in 2025.
